It is not possible to upgrade an existing Harmony remote account to a Harmony 900 account.
When upgrading to a Harmony 900 it is necessary to create a new account.
To create a new account:

  1. Launch the Logitech Harmony Remote Software Client
    If the Logitech Harmony Remote Software is not installed on your computer, it can be downloaded by clicking here
  2. Click on Create New Account
  3. Follow the new user account creation wizard
