Your earphones come with an assortment of foam and silicone ear cushions.

• Comply™ Memory Foam Cushions
• Silicone Cushions

Comply™ Memory Foam Cushions:

The TripleFi 10vi earphones ship with two foam cushions. To fit your foam cushions for maximum comfort, please do the following:

1. Gently compress the foam with your fingers.

2. After the foam compresses, gently place the foam in your ear and hold it in place for 15 seconds.

3. The foam will expand to make a custom fit.

4. Proper fit is achieved if the earphone holds in place after 15 seconds.

5. Repeat for the other ear.

Silicone Cushions:

The available sizes are small, medium and large.

Proper fitting is achieved when:

• Earphones sit comfortably in your ear.

• Earphones do not fall out of your ear.

• The sound is rich and full.

To find your best fit, please do the following:

1. Place one medium cushion in your ear.

2. Gently move the earphones as you press them in to form a seal.

3. If the cushion feels too large, or bounces back out after you press it in, you may need the small size cushion.

4. If the cushion feels too small, slips out easily or loses sound quality quickly, you may need to use the large size cushion.

5. If you find that all size cushions fall out easily, try inserting them with your jaw slightly open.

The optimal fit is usually found through a combination of trial and error. You may need to experiment over the first few days in order to find your ideal fit.

NOTE: Pairs of ears are not always the same size - you may find that using mismatched earpieces provides the best fit.
