Here's what to do if you're having trouble accessing your music library from your Squeezebox:

Make sure Logitech Media Server is running by checking the Logitech Media Server icon in the taskbar for its current status. If the server isn't running, click the taskbar icon, and then click "Start Logitech Media Server" to manually start it.
-
Click the Logitech Media Server taskbar icon again, and then click "Open Control Panel". On the Status tab, in the Status section, it should say, "The server is running".

Once you confirm that the server is running, try to reconnect and access your Music Library from your Squeezebox.
