If you can't hear other people's voices, but you can hear game sound effects:

• Increase the volume on the incoming chat channel by turning up the volume dial (labeled with a chat bubble).

• Turn off your console and then turn it back on and restart your game.

• Verify that your game supports voice chat.

If other people can't hear you:

• Make sure you're using the right voice cable for your:

  • PS3: Use the USB mini PS3 voice cable to connect your PS3 to the rear of the F540 base station.

  • Xbox 360: You must use the 2.5mm Xbox 360 voice cable to connect your headset to your Xbox 360 controller.

• Review the manual for your console to make sure it is set up to receive voice chat

• Check the requirements for your game to be sure it doesn't require a push-to-talk function.

• Review your game's documentation for additional information.
