The “Netflix is unavailable” error can occur when there is a network connectivity issue with the Revue, or if there is an issue with Netflix servers. Please see below to diagnose the issue:

Use the following key sequence when the error dialog is still on the screen to view more detail about the error that occurred:
UP-UP-DOWN-DOWN-LEFT-RIGHT-LEFT-RIGHT-UP-UP-UP-UP.

If the error is "Network / 3 / Host not found" then it's likely a network connectivity error. Please launch Chrome to see if you are able to connect to the web to verify the network connection is working.

If error dialog indicates an 'SSL handshake error' then it is likely a Netflix server issue, please contact Netflix support at http://www.netflix.com/help.
