If you use the on-board memory for your G700s gaming mouse, you can have up to five profiles. On-board memory profiles are portable and can be used on any computer. You don't need to have Logitech Gaming Software installed.
When you use automatic game detection, you can have multiple profiles associated with your G700s. Automatic game detection requires Logitech Gaming Software 8.45 or above to be installed. If you don't have the software, you can download it.
