We recommend using Logitech 4K Pro Webcam with a Safari browser. Currently, there is a known compatibility issue in Chrome when using Google Hangouts where the video does not appear.
Important Notice: Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
