G HUB lets you to update your earbuds firmware. and please follow the below requirements.
- Make sure your FITS is connected to the computer using the Lightspeed receiver (indicated by a solid white LED).
- Make sure the case and earbuds are at least 30% battery life — charge the earbuds for 10 minutes before you start, or charge earbuds during DFU.
- Insert the earbuds into the case and leave the lid open.
- Open G HUB and click on the FITS settings button.
- Click on Update FITS to start the firmware update process.
NOTE: The receiver and earbuds will reboot during the firmware update process).
