If your iPad does not recognize the Rugged Folio keyboard, or if nothing happens when you type, try the following:
Check if the iPad is securely placed inside the Rugged Folio case and the connection between the case and keyboard is firm.
Clean the Smart Connectors.
Update the iPadOS on your iPad to the latest version.
Important Notice: The Presentation software is no longer supported or maintained by Logitech. Logitech Presentation devices are now supported by Logi Options+ for a better experience. We highly recommend using Logi Options+ with your presentation remotes. We are here to assist you during this transition.
