Announcement: Harmony Firmware Update (v4.15.330) is now available to support SmartThings changes.
PinnedHello folks,
SmartThings, updated their platform, and to support that, we have released a firmware update to the Harmony Hub/remote (4.15.330) & Harmony Pro 2400 (10.0.215). You need to login with the SmartThings credentials and re-run the Activities associated with the SmartThings devices.
We recommend you try the following steps below, which will help you to use SmartThings seamlessly.
-
Login to your Harmony account and update the Harmony Hub & remote to the latest Harmony Firmware.
-
Re-login SmartThings.
-
(On the Harmony Mobile App >> Menu >> Setup >> Add/Edd Devices and Activites >> Devices>> SmartThings >> Re-Login)
-
On the MyHarmony Desktop Software >> Launch the MyHarmony desktop software and sign into your account >> Devices >>Home Control >> SmartThings >> Re-Login (Follow on-screen instructions)
-
To have Smartthings devices as part of activities, re-run the Activities associated with SmartThings.
-
Make a Sync.
Note:
- As a limitation, we do not support the multi-Harmony Hub for SmartThings with this release.
-We are working with SmartThings to support it positively. - Users with lower firmware other than the latest one, can’t add SmartThings via MyHarmony Desktop Software. And, they can’t control or add via Harmony Mobile App.
-You have to update your Harmony Hub & Remote to the latest version to add the SmartThings via MyHarmony Desktop Software or Harmony Mobile App.
- Lokesh from Harmony
