Same here. No apparent way to set up activity zones. Info on how to use is scant on Logi website.

Not recording might be a result if you do not have a 200GB (or larger) iCloud account. I have had the 5GB (free) version and now 50GB but neither of them support recording.

Did you guys get this resolved? If not, you have to change the option to record from “any motion” to “specific motion” in Recording Options menu. You will see “Activity Zones” then become available.

I have the same issue….no activity zone setup in the app.  Everything else is working as expected.  I have the latest software on my Apple devices.  Apple 4K TV is my hub and that has the latest software.  Still no activity zone.

    To turn on Activity zones:

    • In "Recording Option" turn on Stream & Allow Recording

    • Once you turn it on, you will then see "More Options" in Recording Options

    • Open "More Options" and change the setting to "Specific Motion is Detected"

    • Select which items you want detected then tap the "Back" button twice

    • You should now see "Select Activity Zones..." listed in the settings menu.

    • Open Activity Zones and select the area you want to watch for activity.

    • Then tap Done.

It is also suggested that you set "Receive Notifications When" to "A Clip Is Recorded"

    Best regards,

    Chris

    Chris,

I replied to your e-mail, but will do it here too.  I confirmed all the above settings and that is exactly what I have my settings at, but still no "activity zone".  Any further comments?

    Thanks,

    Gary D.

    Dear Gary,

I actually don't see an email in our system regarding this issue but I'd be glad to get one started.

Here are some things you can try if you are having trouble with your Home Kit:

    • Reboot your Home Hub(s)

    • Reboot the device you are viewing the doorbell on

    • Make sure your Home Hub(s) and viewing device are up to date

    • Log out of your iCloud account and log back in on your viewing device

    • Reset network settings on viewing device: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network settings

If none of the above works, please reach out to Apple for Home kit support

    Chris,

I have done all those with no luck.  I’ve also attempted to use multiple devices.  Like I said earlier all my devices are at the latest software version.  I even rebooted the doorbell with no luck.  I have version 8.10.67 software on the doorbell.  Is that the latest?

    Thanks,

    Gary D
