Unable to reset and add Circle View to HomeKit.

    This works for me with the circle view doorbell.

    1) remove circle view doorbell from bracket
    2) plug into usb power
    3) while holding down the main button unplug the unit
    4) while holding down the main button plug the unit back in
    5) The doorbell will beep three times indicating the settings have cleared and it is now available to add to HomeKit again.

    Hi Tony.

    I tried to replicate the steps you provided with my Logi Circle View (although mine is not the doorbell) but unfortunately it didn’t work. It still doesn’t make any sound nor is recognized by the home app.

    Hi Aday, we just recently lost power due to a storm and I am having the same issue you had!!! Despite holding the back button for the 9+seconds, I never hear the beep and my device never has a green light to pair 😕.

    Did you ever get this resolved??

    Hey @rick unfortunately no. They had to sent me a new camera and then I was able to add the new one with no problem.

    To be honest, getting a replacement unit seems to be the best option anyway - I tried the instructions to reset/change WiFi settings, and my Circle 2 never connected again, despite eventually showing a green light.
