    Same problem. The cam shows steady green light, assume someone is watching but not me. No response after all kind of reset. And nobody is answering.

    It is being investigated by the second level support. I have sent a few videos showing the issue and I am now waiting to get a feedback from the team.

    I think my original issue was slightly different from what Andreas described as the camera was showing no light at all. Any attempt to reset did not work

    9 days ago and nothing happens. I have a bricked Circle 2 cam. I think I have to return.
