    Hello Thor

    I had the same problem, and I recently fixed it:

    1. Go to "Device manager"

    2. Go to "Imagin devices" 

    3. With the camera unplugged it uninstall "HD pro webcam c920" drivers by right clicking on it

    4. After just a moment plug again your camera to USB port

    5. Camera will installe automatically new drivers and windows will be able to recognize it as well as zoom. 

    Now is working at 100% again
