The easiest way to reset your camera is to just reset your wifi network, always works for me.

Any updates on solutions? It's driving me crazy, it keeps disconnecting in a row and getting 20 notifications every minute.

Also I noticed that it is over heating.

I have the same issue. I thought that it was a too-small transformer so changed to a 16V 30VA unit.  Camera still disconnects every day, sometimes multiple times per day. WiFi is known to be good and strong. Is there a fix other than fully rebooting the unit?

My has recently started disconnecting multiple times a day after running solid for a month or so. Love to have a better answer.

I contacted support. I tried to do the factory reset, but now it seems it doesn't reboot at all. So support is asking me to send it back.

In case it helps anyone, to factory reset your doorbell:

    1) Remove it from the wall

    2) Wait 30 secs (or more) with it being NOT powered

    3) Hold down the doorbell button while plugging it into the micro USB port

    4) Wait 9secs or more until the light starts to flicker

    5) Wait some more until it slowly pulsates (I believe)
