I have been having issues with the doorbell intermittently going off line and overheating in the afternoons. I have a ticket (#5989557) and have been going back and forth about this issue. As of April 4th, the doorbell is totally unresponsive. The afternoon of April 3rd the doorbell went off line saying it needed to cool down before coming back on line. That evening the temperature went down to 34 degrees and the next morning the temperature was 36. Later that day I checked the doorbell and its status light was flashing and it was making a humming sound. I have emailed tech support but haven't heard back. I really wanted this to work but it is nothing more than an expensive doorbell right now. I purchased from Apple on March 17th and have had several days of good operations and now only a little over 2 weeks of operations. Can I get a replacement doorbell or should I request a refund?
