I’ve only had my doorbell for 6 months and I’ve had constant issues. I’ve tried to eliminate all possible issues. I contacted support the first time and they said it was my wifi, without stating why. They said that 5Ghz WiFi doesn’t work well outside, then why would the doorbell use it? So I put an access point outside. Still had reboots. Opened a new support case, which went dark and I’m not getting further updates. But on my own, I thought maybe it’s my transformer, it’s a cheap fix. So I replaced it with a 24v. Had a day or so of no reboots, so I thought I solved it. Then it got to the mid-70s and sunny. Now constant reboots again. The front of my house faces south, so how do I avoid the sun? This is just crazy. Can support just respond back to me so I can return this?
