    My doorbell went offline for over 2 days last week.  After several router reboots, still didn't work (this fixed past issues, nothing else on my network ever had problem).  Tried power-off resets, didn't work.  Finally had to remove it from the bracket and do the USB reset method, that worked.  Hope it is not heat related, or recurring issue.  Only under 5 months old, first time I had to do this.
