    Hello Ed,

The motion detection is actually handled by the Home Hub in your Apple ecosystem so unfortunately there is no way to adjust the sensitivity. What you can do to alleviate your issue is to set up an activity zone to limit the area of the screen you get notifications from.

    To turn on Activity zones:

    • In "Recording Option" turn on Stream & Allow Recording

    • Once you turn it on, you will then see "More Options" in Recording Options

    • Open "More Options" and change the setting to "Specific Motion is Detected"

    • Select which items you want detected then tap the "Back" button twice

    • You should now see "Select Activity Zones..." listed in the settings menu.

    • Open Activity Zones and select the area you want to watch for activity.

    • Then tap Done.

If I can assist you with anything else please let me know. Thanks for being the best part of Logitech and I hope you have a great day.

Wow!  That's pretty slick!  Thank you!

Does this appear in the online documentation anywhere? Seems like I have a lot to learn!

    Hello Ed,

We have setup a great FAQs page for the Doorbell itself which I will link below. The features your referring to are more related to the Homekit side of things and I can't seem to find a good page from Apple on the topic. I searched Homekit FAQs and found a couple posted by third party sites but I can't speak for their legitimacy. If I can assist you with anything else please let me know. Thanks for being the best part of Logitech and I hope you have a great day.
