    Hello Terence,

    I am terribly sorry for the issues you've had with your Circle View Doorbell. Do you happen to know what color is flashing on the front at the time of disconnection? This will tell us exactly what is causing it to go offline so we can target troubleshoot your issue.

    Hi, I am having the exact same issues. For the last few weeks I am not getting ANY recordings from either of my 2 Circle View cameras and the indicator light is on (deespite being disabled). I can connect to the video stream fine, but idicator is wrong and no recoprdings. Wondering if something in the latest IOS and Homepod updates has broken something??

    Either way. This is a major issue and a security issue!

    I have tried resetting the device with no luck. Same issue
