    Another issue I found about the new Options+ is that the amount of movement needed to register the gestures is way too high, specially if compared to the previous Options. This alone makes me stick to the old software. Ideally this should be user configurable.

    Thanks for adding your voice again in this thread. As the Logi Options+ is in the early phase of development, we may expect some uncomfortable situations. However, with your feedback, the team will work on the issue that our customers reported and release new versions with fixes. Hope you already shared the same feedback in the email.

    I wrote to you about changing the steering wheel, sent checks and everything that was required. They said they had sent the information for verification. 7 days have passed, maybe there are some results, how long should I wait? month?

    Hi,

     

    I recently bought a new Mouse lift vertical.

    so i trying to install logo options plus to custom buttons.

    through logitech opicial website i download install file and run it.

    but few seconds later it says "the internet connection isn't linked, Cannot download logi options plus. try it later ".

    so i tryed several times but it doesnt go further.....

    how can i use logi options plus??

    1. Uninstall all the Logitech software
    2. If you are using windows clean boot the system by following the steps below:

    I'm using Logi Options+ version 0.92.6405 on two linked machines. I have an MX Keys keyboard, firmware version 12.1.13, and an MX Master 3  mouse, firmware version 19.1.15 (Somehow the mouse is not recognized when I run the firmware update tool. Tried several times on several occasions on two machines). Anyway, when I move from machine 1 to machine 2 using flow (keyboard is also linked with flow), the keyboard nicely back and forth. However, when I moved by flow to machine 2, and press the easy switch key on the keyboard to machine 1 again, I need to press it 3 times before the new machine is activated. The first 2 times it immediately switches back to machine 2.

    With Logitech Options, there was checkbox under Flow to "Show taskbar icon".  This was a very quick and easy way to turn Flow On/Off as needed.  After "upgrading" to Logi Options+, it appears that this functionality has been removed -- is that correct?

    I went back to Options because the CTRL key did not satisfy me. I tend to use it when I play, or when I use certain applications and opening the application to activate or deactivate Flow is too restrictive. I hope to see the icon backin the task barre to simplify the use. Until then I will not use Options +

    This has stopped working on latest Mac update - shows both laptops, but the mouse does not move onto the other laptop no matter what you do - even resetting it all doesn't work.

    May I ask why the MacintoshHD/Users/Shared/LogiOptionsPlus/cache folder contains around 6.5 Gb that is just filling vital space in my already full-to-the-brim iMac M1?

    If I delete all that will it matter, and do I need to do that regularly?

    Also... why should I?

    Settings not persisting?

    In Options+, I defined settings for my MX Master 3 (wheel mode switch button assigned as middle key). This works initially.

    After some time, standby or hibernate, the mouse behaviour reverts back to default (“switch wheel mode”). If I open Options+, it shows the original setting as I stored it “middle key” but it’s not working as it is shown.

    I have to change the setting for the button to something else and then back to “middle key”… then it works correctly for some time. Pretty annoying.


    Setup: Options+ 1.10.9317 update from old Logitech Options, Windows 11 (with multiple local user accounts, not sure if that’s influencing it). Not using app-specific settings.

    Anybody else exerpiencing this? What could be a fix?

    Hello. The Logi Options+ has a huge memory leak on Macbook with Apple Silicon.

    Over 8GB of memory is consumed! The app si updated to latest version (1.11.1235)

    The website does now allow you to enter any information so that you can get download instructions. When you click Join Beta it gives you the following prompt on the webpage:

    Enter the following details to receive the download instructions

    Frustratingly, there is NO PLACE to enter anything. So it's impossible to join the beta. Please fix.

    Thank you for writing to us with your concern, we suggest you to uninstall the software from programs & Features on Windows computer. If Options does not work after uninstalling Options +, please do try clean uninstall.

    We also request you to try the steps from the link below, as flow works with Options + only when you login to the application.

    We hope you are referring to the Logi Options+ beta.

    Please visit the software's web page to join the beta: https://www.logitech.com/software/logi-options-plus.html#join-beta.

    However, Logi Options+ is not compatible with Windows 11.
