    Supported OS: Windows 10, BETA for macOS 10.14 and 10.15

    Hi, I've the same problem. I've tried with your recommendations Logitech... and I was talking with Microsoft support (level 2!!!) and Intel, and they say that is a problem with software "Logi Capture".
    At the same time i've been sending emails to Logitech support, ticket number 6462396 and they answered that i'm the unique case in the world, but they not solving the problem... I can't recommended your camera Streamcam Plus, software and support. Horrible service level.
