    Hi Bob, thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about your experience with Capture software. Follow the steps given below to troubleshoot the issue:

    1. Uninstall Capture and all the Logitech capture related file from your computer


    2. Clean boot for Windows operating system from below link:

    Thank you for the suggestions. I followed them exactly but unfortunately got the same message interrupting the installation. It says Installer Integrity Check has failed. Common causes include incomplete download and damaged media. More information at http://nsis.sf.net/NSIS_Error:.

    This program had been working fine for me except today the image was upside down. It was OK in a Zoom meeting without Capture but once I used Capture, the image became upside down. I decided to uninstall and reinstall hoping that might solve the upside down problem but now I have another one.

    Anything else you can suggest, I'd be happy to try.

    I also had this problem, 12th July, 2021.

    Running the installer in a command line with the /NCRC switch, starts it but then it hangs. It seems to me that the exe is corrupt.
