I would be happy to show anyone on the team how a non-tech user tries to navigate this website. I had to reload all of my devices because the new website didn't retain any of my registrations. I still can't find the downloads and software needed for my camera. My camera that wont zoom in or out, I wish the zoom would be fixed at "normal" instead of making me look like I was under a microscope.
Really disappointed with Logitech for multiple issues.
