I purchased the doorbell in January but it was too cold to still it. When I got ready to install it now, I found that it was already connected to my Home app. I wanted to reset it and start over. However, the reset procedure doesn't work. I can leave it disconnected from power for a minute, hold down the button and plug in the USB cable, but nothing happens. No lights, no nothing. The unit seems completely unresponsive. I filed a ticket but I'm still waiting for a response.
