My doorbell has been offline and non responsive since May 23rd. I have had several emails from Krista (support person). Since her last email of May 26th, I haven't heard from her or anyone from technical support. The doorbell was working fine since I purchased it from the apple store on March 13th, delivered on March 19th and I installed it on the 22nd. I was happy initially but now I am totally disappointed. I have 2 tickets open, the original 5989557 (no one is responding now) and 6442520 (no one has responded since I opened it on June 3rd. I threw away the box and now only have the doorbell itself along with the chime. What can I do to get a replacement? I will contact the apple store to see if I can get some help.
