    Hello Casey,

    Here are some things you can try if you are having trouble with your Home Kit:
     

    • Check to make sure you have "Stream and Record" set up in the Home Kit
    • Reboot your Home Hub(s)
    • Reboot the device you are viewing the doorbell on
    • Make sure your Home Hub(s) and viewing device are up to date
    • Log out of your iCloud account and log back in on your viewing device
    • Reset network settings on viewing device: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network settings


    If none of the above works, please reach out to Apple for Home kit support.

    I got it to record by rebooting every HomeKit hub in my house. I have 7 ☹️

    Great day @CaseyGlass I find that shutting down all Homkit Hubs and only allowing 2! 1 farthest away in house and one closest. When you have multiple hubs they act up extremely bad. I have 7 I kept 1 AppleTV in front of house and 1 HomePod in back and I have not had a problem sense,
