    Hello,

Here some further steps you can take to resolve any network or homekit related issues.

-Reboot your Homehub and your Router.

-We suggest only having one homehub set as primary, and all others set to standby, if possible please attempt to reserve a Static IP for your primary homehub.

-Attempt to reserve a static IP for your Doorbell unit, this can be done under the DHCP settings for your specific router.

-Log out of your iCloud and back in.

If these steps do not assist, we recommend connecting the doorbell unit to the 2.4ghz band. If you are in need of further instructions on how to do so, we are happy to assist. Keep in mind, when you disable your 5ghz band temporarily, you will need to reset the doorbell unit to connect it to a new band.

    Best Regards,

    Chris

Same Issues here swapped my transformer for a 24v 40va no dice. I checked all my wiring and removed my doorbell from HomeKit and performed a hard reset. This is looking like it could be power/software related IMO. I'm sitting here with it on USB power at my desk and it's warm but nowhere near the temps I see when it's outside. I submitted a ticket to tech support but at this point I think it's pretty clear that Logitech is going to have to try and address this issue with a future software update. The disappointment  at this point is how hard is it to say hey guys we hear you and are working on a solution sit tight? I haven't seen that anywhere not saying it doesn't exist, but some transparency would be more than welcome.
