Three issues after extensive testing with a Logi Circle
After testing the Logi Circle extensively for over a month, multiple hours a day, I've discovered three major issues that need to be resolved.
App: Logi Circle
Equipment: Iphone 6s 9.3.4
1) When using 1080 stream, when you try to download a large video, it will give you the 'unable to download video error, please try again later.' Yet, if you download a shorter video file, it works.2) Sometimes I am unable to turn the camera off from the app. The video feed will work, but the options menu including power will be greyed out.
3) When zooming, it gets stuck and unable to use fingers to pan out.
With this being said, I really like the camera. I do wish that we had the ability so that on my phone if I turn the camera off, other devices with my login cannot turn the camera on.

This still has not been resolved. I even emailed your team and it's been months.
Again,there are times when all functions are greyed out even though the camera is on. meaning i can't turn off the camera.
Worse yet, a new issue, when i turn the camera off it says "circle's video is turned off". two seconds later, it turns itself on automatically. this is terrible and a breaking feature.
