No sound from Circle camera

Hi everyone- I just bought this camera about a week ago. The sound was working fine, but now nothing is coming from the camera. Thoughts? TIA

  Hello @Mildred Medina - Welcome to the community!

   

  Could you fix the sound problem of your Circle camera? Was no sound transmitted from the camera to your phone or did the cam's speaker not work. Sometimes a reset can help to solve this problem: Use a paper clip or something similar and hold the pin-hole in the circle camera down. Wait for three beeps to pass - the first as a single beep, then a double beep - then release.
