I have the same issue with an HTC 10, Android 6.0.1. I can move past this screen by turning off the wifi on my phone but eventually receive the same error. It never even prompts me to create a Circle account like the videos say it should.

Hello @Wilbur Lew - hello @Jason Starck - Welcome to the community!

If your Circle Home Camera cannot connect to the router, can you tell us which light the LED on the camera has? In order to find the router it could help to remove or disable all other WiFi devices. Try also different positions and distances to the router. If the issue persists, please test the camera with a different router to find out, if it works at all. If not, please open a support request on: http://support.logitech.com/en_us/contact - Let us know what you find out.

    Warm regards,

Hi Lukas, The issue was not with the camera, it was with the app. The app would say there was no internet connection even though there was. I have been able to set up other cameras with other apps on my phone just fine.

    Hello @Jason Starck !

Since the camera has no input-possibility you use the app to provide the camera with the credentials of your router. Once this connection is established the camera sends the data to your Circle account which you can also access from the app.

Are the other cameras you've been setting up also Circle cameras?

    Warm regards,

While I cant help as yet. I can say I'm experiencing the same problem and believe it is a router issue (I'm currently working to solve). Reasons for my belief:

    • I originally set up the systems in a different location with a different router (same service provider)
    • At the new location I have internet access for other apps via the router (eg youtube, Instagram) but it does not work for logi circle
    • When I switch off wifi on my iPhone (ios 10.3.2) and force the app to use cellular the logi circle application works.
    • When I set up the camera's to access the new location's wifi they receive an IP address (verified through the router admin) but the logi circle app says that the camera cannot connect to the cloud

    System info:

    • iPhone 6, ios 10.3.2
    • Router Asus RT-N65u

Will update if I can find a resolution.
