Missing Logi Circle notifications

My notifications are turned on, but I haven't received even one. What's wrong?

  Hi @Chris Dreyer, Welcome to the Community! Please excuse the late reply. Have you tried to setup the notifications again? Did you enable the notifications for your smartphone/tablet? Did you enable all notifications? Have to tried to create a notification like a movement alert?
