I am sorry to hear that you have problems with the Logitech Circle Camera.
Please make sure your Wifi connection is stable. You can set the push notifications just to inform you about the connection.
You can also try to reset one camera and set it up again and test it.
If you are using a Logitech Circle Camera behind glass please turn of the night vision and test it again.
If you still experiencing problems please login to your account at support.logitech.com and create a support ticket. Open your Circle App, go to help and send the system / logifiles and kindly state in the support ticket the date and time you have sent it. The Technical Support Team will then have a look at it.
