I have read on review sites that pc support will be forthcomming so, I supect it will.  But if not, an app workaround would be possible by automating the downloads and subsequent sharing/uploading....   If necessary, I will start an android project to accomplish this....

If Logi can't commit to PC/Web interface then I will send my Circle back.

Hi,   We currently do not offer a web application, and therefore an iOS or Android-based phone is required for use with the Logi Circle. \r\n \r\nWe do anticipate having this available in the future.     Logi_J Support Specialist   If a reply adequately addresses your technical issue, please click on the " Accept as Solution " and " Give Kudos " button so this information can benefit other users via search. Firstly define future? Are we talking 6 months or 2 years? \r\n \r\nI hope that product managers read the forums. To not support web browser setup and usage seems like a fairly glaring ommision in my eyes. \r\n \r\nAlso what are the plans to provide other operating systems (Windows 10) with an dedicated app. Windows 10 for example now has 150+ million users, which seems like a fairly large install base to not consider seriously. \r\n \r\nFor me I was considering buying one, but since you don't support web browser and Windows 10 I'm having to look elsewhere.
