    I will be more than happy to assist with the password for your CIRCLE.


    In order to understand the cause of the issue, could you please specify the following : are you trying to set up a new account on the iPad or are you trying to log in your account ? As the Circle is already associated to an account on your phone, please connect to the same account without having to recreate it.



    Also be aware that CIRCLE, POP and Harmony are sharing account management services : if you change the password on any of this devices, you are changing the password for all 3 products.  Have you change the password for one of this product ?
