    Same questions, but no answers. Logitech fixed the problem when I sent them the mac # on the bottom of my camera. Its very small and light in color so I had to take a photo of it with my phone and enlarge it. I sent them the photo and it was fixed. I now have the circle safe on the camera.

    I have the same issue, already for 2 months, finally I get some time to report it and their support site doesn't work. Very bad service if you ask me. I send an e-mail to their general support e-mail address, hope it works.

    Sadly, it is very hard to reach anyone in Support for this product which I like so much. But, if you go back in this thread, you'll see I sent the mac id number on the bottom of the camera to them and they immediately (within 24 hours) made the premium work on it. I have 4 cameras and when I purchased the "premium", it didn't know which camera to put it on. This seemed to work so try it.
