    Hello @Kristn Lang ,

    Welcome to Logitech Community!

I understand that you would like assistance with your connectivity concern with your CIRCLE. I'll be more than happy to assist with this.

Yes, you can add and access multiple cameras through the Circle mobile app. Cameras under one account do not need to be on the same Wi-Fi network or location. While there is no limit to the number of cameras you can have associated to your account or mobile device, bandwidth and quality of the wireless signal of your network can ultimately affect the connection and quality of the video stream.

Logitech offers a web app, so you can access your Circle cameras from your desktop’s browser. You can find it by logging in at circle.logi.com. The web app works best on the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Edge web browser running on Mac OS X (v10.9 or later) and Windows 7 (or later).

i dont know if i agree with you. when I'm in my kitchen on the wifi network "kitchen" in my house, it communicates beautifully with the circle which is two floors up and hooked into the attic wifi.
