I have been using the Circle for several months now without issue. Now, almost every day it seems I see the message the "Circle service is under maintenance please try again later" Really! I use this camera to monitor my 86 year old Mother. Trying later may be too late. I understand that this system needs to connect to your servers but I also work for the largest Computer corporation in the world. Have you ever heard of redundancy? or redundant systems. Update one and leave the other system up then update the second system. You can not offer a device as a security device that people will count on and then constantly have the system under maintenance. It kind of defeats the purpose. Either fix your IT issues or release software so we can use the device without your cloud. .
