Ditto, weak signal. Saw another post here saying someone had luck setting the network to 2.4 Ghz only, instead of 5 Ghz or mixed 2.4/5Ghz. You could try that?

    EDIT: This guy,

    Hello @Toni Mathias-Grumley,  @Michael Robbins and @James Fisher ! Welcome to the community !

I will be more than happy to assist with your CIRCLE having issues connecting to the Wifi.

There are a number of things that may affect Circle’s ability to connect to your router. To troubleshoot, try the following:

    • Reduce the number of obstructions between your router and camera (ex. make sure there are no brick walls between Circle and your router).
    • Decrease the video resolution from the 720p default to 360p (in the Settings menu, tap More Notifications to edit your Resolution).
    • The type of router that you own and the type of network that the router uses. We recommend 2.4 Ghz networks if you are experiencing connectivity problems.

I just bought my first CIRCLE cam. Where are you guys seeing the WIFI signal strength?     IE:  The original message here said "I'm seeing ONE Bar".  Where are these bars?

    Thanks

Hello @Martin Royer ! Welcome to the community !

Once the Circle app is installed and the Circle connected, you can see the Wifi signal strength on the top right handside when you open the menu on the Circle app (next to the battery indicator for the Circle).

If you have further questions, please let me know.

Hello LogiMarion,  Thank you so much for the reply.  I see it now but I thought it was showing me the iPhone WIFI connection since the icon looks just like that of the iPhone.  It may be more clear to the user to change it to a bar-graph style icon.

I have been a long time user of the Logitech Alert Indoor Cams and I'm trying to switch over to the Circle.  There are a lot of features I miss that are in the Alert that are not in the Circle, but so far the Circle is a good product.  But adding improvements at a face pace will be key.
