    Hi @pierre couture,

    Welcome to the Community.

I am sorry to hear that you do not get any notification for the Circle.

Please check in the App if the notifications for the battery, the connection and the motion are enabled. The save mode of the Circle should be set to off.

The App needs to be closed and Wifi or mobile network needs to be enabled in order to receive a notification.

I hope I could be of assistance to you.

    Warm regards,

    LogiNina

notifications for the battery, the connection and the motion are enabled, have corrected save mode to off, and for sure the wifi is enabled to access the cam from the app. Shutting off the app and still not receiving notifications :-(

    Hi @pierre couture,

    Thank you for your reply.

I am sorry to  hear that you still have problems with the notifications.

Please kindly login to your account on support.logitech.com and create a support ticket. This seems to be an issue where our Technical Support Team needs to have a look at it. Kindly inform in your ticket what you already tried. Please also send the logfiles from the App (account - help - submit diagnostics) and state in the support ticket the date and time you sent them.

    Please excuse any inconveniences.

    Warm regards,

    LogiNina

The solution for me was to delete the app and reinstall it. Worked on ios.

Hello, I'm having the same issue after changing my router. I've deleted the app and tried a total reset. The strange thing is it notifies me when it's disconnected but does not send any alerts. I made sure alerts were enabled and that I properly set my location. When I log in remotely it shows that I'm away, but still does not notify me when someone enters. Is there anything on my newer more "powerful" router I need to toggle? I have an Asus AC3100. Thx
