Could you please check if the issue is the same when you are connecting to CIRCLE via the desktop app on a computer : https://circle.logi.com/#/login ?
Does the problem appears for all the video or is it only on a specific day ?

In order to solve the issue, please try bringing the camera closer to your router.
Could you please also specify if you have an error message when opening the app ?
In order to check if the Circle is functional, could you please test it on another wifi network ?

Hi there, Yes, I have brought the camera MUCH closer to my route but there is still a “low connection signal” which should not be as I have a high speed fibre optic connection and all of my other items that are connected to my wifi router are working well and as normal. I moved the Circle and placed right next to my modem and still shows 1 bar signal strength only. Wherever I place it, it shows a signal strength of 1 bar, so the issue is with the camera.

In order to understand the issue, could you please lower the resolution of the camera in the Circle app settings (menu > more settings> resolution) ?
