My circle won't charge??

    Hi Patricia6778, Welcome to the new support community. It's sad to hear that your Circle Portable Home Connection Camera is not charging. I'll be glad to help you with the concern. Please try the suggestions below or on this Support Article (http://support.logitech.com/en_us/article/Logi-Circle-camera-does-not-charge) that can help you troubleshoot the issue. • Ensure that you remove the plastic tab and covering on the camera and dock before charging. • Make sure the cable from the charging dock is securely connected to the power adapter and that the adapter is connected securely to a working power outlet. • Try charging the Logi Circle using a different AC adapter and/or a different AC outlet. • Make sure the charging dock is not upside down. You should see metallic contacts if the dock is correctly oriented. You should hear a slight clicking sound when the camera is placed on the charging dock. • Check the pins of the Logi Circle and make sure that they are not bent or broken. If the issue persists, reset the Logi Circle by pressing the pinhole located at the back of the camera for 6 seconds using a paper clip. You should hear two beeps during the reset confirming the operation is complete.     Yes yes yes thank you. The charging ring was upside down. A simple fix! Would be nice to have a little more documentation with the cam, either in the box or online, so simple issues like this could be more easily resolved. Thanks again!!
