Circle cam won't hold settings

    Hello @Randy Pilgrim - Welcome to the community!

     

    Is your Circle camera connected to only one mobile device? If there are more, it might be that the app on the other device switches the camera back on. The resolution might switch back if it would be too much for the WiFi connection. But this used to happen only in the old version of the Logi Circle app. In the latest version, you can switch the camera off from one device and it stays off and if the resolution is to high for your internet speed, you get a notification that it might not work. 

    If you already have the latest version, please completely re-install the app. It might be that something went wrong during the last update. Let us know, what you find out.
