When I try to set up the Circle using the iOS app I get as far as the "Now connecting to your cloud" screen. The app stays on this screen for quite some time before failing and asking me to hard reset the Circle. This process then repeats. To clarify - my iPhone can access Circle via Bluetooth and the Circle can connect to my WiFi successfully (according to the app). It only appears to fail at the step described above How can I proceed? Or is the item faulty?
