Hello @Chiho Chan ! Welcome to the community !

I will be more than happy to assist with your Circle disconnecting for your Wifi network.

You will find in the following link what the led indicates :

As you can see the the led blinking Red means that there is a problem connecting to network/services or low battery.

Yesterday, we had an unplanned server outage. We are so sorry you had to experience this and that you were unable to access your cameras during this time.

We wanted to let you know that the team was working on it within the first few minutes of outage and that the system is now operating normally. We are committed to delivering a service you can rely on. As result of today’s failure we are taking several measures to prevent it in the future.

Thanks for being patient with us and apologize once again for the inconvenience this may have caused.

If the problem reappears again or if you have any further questions, please let me know.

    Warm regards,

Hello Champion13,  I'm an end user like you and thought I would chime in here.  I don't know of anything that someone could do to the camera to make it go into blinking red mode other than maybe picking up and doing a reset with a paperclip?

Here is something else you could try.  If you happen to have (2) circle cams and know the dog walker is coming,  have the 2nd cam positioned such that it watches the first cam.  That way if some goes over and does something to cam #1 you will see it on Cam #2

    Hope this helps.
