I am loosing 10% a day just in standby mode i have to charge every weeks and for me it was a pain.

The circle 2 wired works much better thant the wire free !!

If you have minimal motion events (1) week is about the most you can get on any setting. If you have a lot of motion it will not last even that long. Not sure how you get 3 months unless it was off.

Just got off the phone with Logitech support and they are aware of the battery life issue and are working on a firmware update, but there is not ETA on when it will be made available. I was advised to exchange my camera for a wired version if possible until battery issue is fixed.

There is a firmware update available now. Just installed it. I wonder what it will do.

It looks like mine is lasting under a week. Not usable.

Yesterday's firmware update seems to sort of address the night-vision not working (works on live view, but not when something triggers recording), but mine still seems really erratic at night.

Mine was also 1 week under the old firmware. I can't yet say with the new.

I wouldn't need 3 months, but one week is too tight. Not enough to go on vacation. And this is considering I'm using the sparest settings and only accessing the camera seldom.

I mean, how so 3 months? Is that how much the battery lasts if not coupled to the camera?

The 106 firmware seems to have improved this considerably - I now get less than 5% use per day if it's mostly idle, and not much worse even if it's not idle.

Antonio, 5% per day translates to 2 weeks, if 10% per day is for 1 week. Is this a correct deduction? I have the wired version, considering trading in for wire free, but 2 weeks is still a limitation, if I go on vacation.

I had the wireless one... No good! Traded it in for the wired ones and loving it.
