Hello @Arno Teurlings ! Welcome to the community !

I will be more than happy to assist setting up your Circle on your phone.

The system requirements to set up Circle are iOS® or Android™ device with the following operating systems :

    • iOS 8.1 or newer with iPhone® 4s or newer, iPad mini™ or newer, iPad® 3 or newer, iPod touch® (5th generation) or newer
    • Android 4.4 or newer with Bluetooth® Smart Ready device

Please confirm that your Acer Z630 is Bluetooth Smart ready.

Once the camera is set up on a smart phone or tablet, you will be able to view it on a computer on https://circle.logi.com/. However the set up process cannot be done via a computer.

    Warm regards,

Hello, Hereby I confirm that my Acer Z630 is Bluetooth Smart ready. When pressing settings on the Circle app it shows me that it is searching, after which the app turns off Bluetooth on my phone. Is there any software for that to stop that? Arno

    Hello @Arno Teurlings !

    Thank you for the confirmation.

When turning on the camera, does the led on top blink ?

Please try resetting the Circle and try the set up process again.

To reset your Circle camera, you will need a paperclip or similar tool.NOTE: Try avoiding using a tool with a sharp point like a tack or needle as this can damage the button in the pinhole.

    1. Locate the pinhole in the back of your Circle camera (on the base).
    2. Insert the paper clip into the pinhole and press the reset button.
    3. Wait for a beep and hold for another 6 seconds until you hear 2 beeps.
    4. Your camera settings should now be reset.

    Hello @Arno Teurlings,

    Thank you for your feedback.

The yellow led means that the Circle is starting up and the blue blinking led means that the camera is ready for set up.

In order to check if the cause of the issue, could you please try doing the set up process via another phone or tablet ?

Please let us know your feedback on this.

    Warm regards,
