I'm having the same issue. I was able to get a livestream from HomeKit once. However, after that it claimed that the camera was in use.

I also tried submitting a case to Logitech support and got the same error. They don't have a phone number or email address either.

Any update on this? Anyone from Logitech Support reading this? There's no way to contact Support at the moment because their web form is broken.

I have the same issue. Does anyone from LogiTech have an answer for this question?

Have you guys tried to remove the LogiApp/remove connection between it and the Home app and see if it's fine then only on the Home App?

The only way I can get a HomeKit stream is to turn the camera off in the Circle app, then physically power cycle the camera. Once I open the Circle app again, the Home app says the camera is in use by someone else.

But the Circle App is useful. They should update the software so we shouldn't need to choose either between the home app or their app.

    Where is the LogiSupport Team?!

Does anyone NOT have this problem? Maybe we can solve it that way since Logitech support is MIA.

LogiTech released an update today. And it seems it's working fine now when I tried it.

I applied the update and it's still not working. Only difference is that now it says 'Camera is not responding' instead of 'Camera is being used by someone else'. I tried restarting the camera, removing and adding it back to HomeKit, etc.

Same here. Except now it doesn't even show up in HomeKit after a hard reset. Also tried removing and re-adding, power cycling, etc.

They have updated the app and firmware of the camera (5.2.128) have you done the firmware? It's now working on HomeKit for me ATM. Got to say I'm disappointed in the lack of support from Logitech!

@jmp123 Yep, updated the firmware first then the app. Still not working.

Set the resolution to 720p and it works, same problem on 1080p

@Michel Jansen Yeah I just discovered that as well. HomeKit will only work at 720p.

OK, after trying everything, working only in 720p mode.

If someone claims its working 1080p too, tell us how?

Also, on the new firmware, the speaker volume decreased dramatically, anyone noticed?

Same thing here working only in 720p mode...:(

    Please Logitech fix it

It did work for me briefly with the camera in 1080p mode. After viewing it a few times in HomeKit, I started getting a 'Camera Not Available' error. Switching the camera resolution to 720p resolved the problem.

So even though it did work for me briefly at 1080p, it must have been a fluke.
