    Hello Barkeeper14,

I would request you to refer the following support article to add your device in your Harmony and check if that works as expected: Adding a device that's not found in the Harmony database (http://support.myharmony.com/en/adding-a-device-thats-not-found-in-the-harmony-database)

Sometimes, Harmony might take 3 trials to register a command. While learning don’t press & hold the commands for too long, just a simple short press is enough for Harmony to capture the commands.

Thank you for your help. This solution doesn't work with the new Sunrise TV Box. The new box works with Bluetooth. Please add the DIW384 UHD Box to your Database. Thank you

    Hello Barkeeper14,

As of now, Harmony will not control any PVR devices via Bluetooth. I would request you to change the setting of the PVR to receive command from IR and then add the following alternate model to check if that work with your device. Based on your out come, I will try to add your device in our database.

    Manufacturer:Sagemcom

    Model:DIW350 HD

If the above model did not help, learn few commands from your original remote. Refer this  (http://support.myharmony.com/en/adding-a-device-thats-not-found-in-the-harmony-database) to help us to add your device in our database.

We don’t have any matching command set for your model and we can’t generate such IR codes on our own. I’d request you to contact the Manufacturer and get the IR codes in Hex or Pronto code format. Once you get the codes send it to me. I’ll have codes converted and add it in your device.

I do have the same problem, however, according to the sticker on the bottom of my Sunrise TV Box UHD, it is a Sagemcom CS 50001. But if I google that name, it shows completely different boxes.

This box seems to be uniquely controlled by bluetooth, the remote control is bluetooth and the box doesn't even have a IR receiving port, the whole box is white, with just an LED light in front.

    @Brandis

Thats right, on the bottom it's called CS 50001, but if you look on the connections of your Router you will see Sagemcom DIW384 UHD as the connected TV device. And you are right, the box only works with a bluetooth remote control.

    @Lokesh Kumar

On the Logitech homepage it is written, that the Harmony Hub works with IR, Bluetooth and Wifi. Therefore it shoud be possible to control a bluetooth device like the new Sunrise TV box. There ist now IR input on the device.

The DIW350 HD doesn't work and it is not possible to add commands by IR.

    Hello Brandis & Barkeeper14,

Harmony will not control any PVR devices via Bluetooth and as of now and supports only few devices (like PS3, PS4, Computer, Fire TV, Fire TV Stick, Nexus Player) via Bluetooth. I will forward this to the concerned team to look into it and consider it for the development.

Good to know. I can stick to my Harmony Ultimate One and I do not need to update to the Harmony Elite.

However, I do hope that Logitech will develop the control of PVR devices via bluetooth.

    Hello Markus3936,

Sorry for the inconvenience faced. I would request you to add the following models to check which one works as expected.

    Manufacturer: Orange

    Model: LiveBox Play

    Device Type: PVR

    Manufacturer: Sunrise

    Model: TV BOX

    Device Type: PVR

If the above models did not work with your device, I would request you to refer the following support article to add your device in your Harmony and check if that works as expected: Adding a device that's not found in the Harmony database (http://support.myharmony.com/en/adding-a-device-thats-not-found-in-the-harmony-database).

Once again..... It's not possible to ad this device manually because the box has a bluetooth remote control. There is now IR reciver/sender! Logitech has to ad this device to there database otherwise it wouldn't work.

@Lokesh Kumar As a note in any advertisement of the Logitech Harmony Elite mentions that it can control Bluetooth devices and not some as you have mentioned above.

I also own the device in question, and it was the main reason I upgrade from harmony 655 to harmony elite. It seems that there is some confusion around it. It's an IPTV box manufactured from sagemcom and the model is DIW384 UHD utilizing Bluetooth remote control only. This device is sold by Sunrise in Switzerland (as white labeled) but also from the sagemcom as you can check on their website (http://www.sagemcom.com/broadband/set-top-boxes/iptv/receiver/diw384-uhd/ ).

As the number of users of the specific IPTV box in Switzerland is growing I would expect Logitech to support the device soon.

@Lokesh Kumar, can you tell us where we would receive a notification if support for the Sunrise UHD Box is considered for being supported and where to get a notification once it is supported?

    Thanks.

    Hello,

I found a solution to control the box using Harmony and a Usb Infrared Dongle (flirc).

You can find the how to here :

Yes, you need to program it from a MAC or a PC first. Then plug it in the USB port of the Sunrise TV BOX.

you have to use the command line to program the flirc on your MAC:

    1- Close the flirc application.

    2- Open terminal.

3- type the command (exemple for the power button) :

    /Applications/Flirc.app/Contents/Resources/flirc_util record_api 48 102

the flirc_util command is present in the flirc.app folder.

4- Click on the power button of the remote you want to use

5- plug the flirc on the sunrise box and test the new command.

You can program all buttons by repeating the step 3

    Hello Thomas7345,

I am using the Sunrise TV BOX (not the UHD).

Before connecting the Flirc to the Sunrise BOX UHD, plug to the PC and use the "flirc_util record_api" to assign the correct command to the harmony button.

This is the last config I am using now : https://www.dropbox.com/s/mptca2zqjcqvtmd/Sunrise_Flirc.fcfg?dl=0

You can load this config with the "flirc_util loadconfig" command.

    Hello A.L3881

Thanks for your config file which I could upload to the flics usb dongle.

But I didn't managed yet to assign the commands to the correct button of my harmony elite. I get the message that I should press the button on the remote, which I did. Sometimes I got the reply "wrong response" and sometimes nothing happend and after a miniute I got the time out message.

I tried with several devices in the myharmony app. Do you have any ideas what I did wrong? Which device did you add?

    Best regards

    Hello Thomas7345,

You can use the config file without learning the commands (they are saved in the flirc config file).

    1. flash your Flirc dongle from the PC or MAC with the config file
    2. Connect the Flirc to the usb port of the sunrise tv box. Make sure that the harmony hub can send the IR signal to Flirc dongle.
    3. Add the sunrise tv box from the harmony application :IMG_9662
    4. Now you can validate that it works in the next screen from the harmony application :IMG_9663
