    I think this is a common error. Can you disconnect the camera from power and plug it in closer to your WiFi router. Try to set up the camera again.

    Please use the Circle mobile app and make sure your camera is on the latest firmware (5.2.146). Magenta flashing issues were fixed in builds 5.2.142 and 5.2.146.

     

    To update the firmware go into the app menu -> More Settings -> Update firmware.

    @Aron Rosenberg? right now my APP ccn't connect Circle 2.

    Please tell me how to update new firmware to Circle 2?

    If your camera can't connect, try power cycling it first. If that doesn't work, then perform the reset procedure to reset WiFi. After that, to update the firmware go into the app menu -> More Settings -> Update firmware.

    @Aron Rosenberg?  I have the same issue, blinking magenta. I have the latest firmware. I have the camera right in front the router. When I reset it the circle 2 it works for about 5 min the goes offline and magenta light starts flash. My other circle 2 on the same network and firmware version works good. But this one stays magenta light flashing.
